All items are handmade to order! Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • U.S. orders: 7–10 business days

  • International orders: 2–4 weeks depending on customs


2️⃣ Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! 💕 We love creating personalized phone cases. You can choose your colors, charms, and theme.

3️⃣ Are all cases the same?

Nope — every case is one-of-a-kind ✨ Because each is handmade with unique charms and materials, small variations make every piece special.


4️⃣ Can I cancel or return my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Since all items are handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.


5️⃣ What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Please double-check your address before checkout!
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate them.


6️⃣ Do you ship internationally?

Yes 🌍 We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your country and customs processing.


7️⃣ What if my case arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or work out a fair solution.
