Each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, which means small imperfections or variations may occur — that’s what makes your case unique! Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

🩷 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in production and cannot be changed or refunded.

💌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer a solution depending on the situation.
